verlangte, wandte sich ENI Energy an VectorMM, um diese Anforderungen im Managementsystem neu zu strukturieren. Das Unternehmen betreibt 29 Offshore-Anlagen und vier gro\u00dfe Verarbeitungszentren. Die Aktivit\u00e4ten decken die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette der Gasproduktion ab \u2013 von Exploration und HPHT\u2011Entwicklung bis hin zu Wartung und Stilllegung. ENI Energy ist zudem Partner von PosHYdon, dem weltweit ersten Pilotprojekt zur Offshore\u2011Wasserstoffproduktion auf einer bestehenden Plattform.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kyww8ip1-961248a3accd44bfbb59ff81ee9cfa3a'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Europ\u00e4ische Offshore Safety Directive (OSD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die neue OSD trat Anfang 2017 in Kraft und umfasste die Identifikation und Spezifikation von KPIs sowie die externe Verifizierung aller Safety &#038; Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs). Dies erforderte ein einheitliches System f\u00fcr eine \u00e4u\u00dferst diverse Plattformflotte, gebaut in verschiedenen Jahrzehnten, mit unterschiedlichen Technologien und Systemen. Maintenance Engineer Thomas Kubin: \u201eDie Umsetzung der OSD in einer so komplexen Produktionsumgebung stellte Neptune Energy vor die Herausforderung, ein komplett neues Themengebiet zu erschlie\u00dfen. Da dies die bestehenden Kapazit\u00e4ten \u00fcberstieg, wandte sich Neptune Energy an VectorMM, um das Projekt zu managen und in die Praxis zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kyww8tj6-db03bbb79c368846a0ead33145dd09e2'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Nachweisbare Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit der neuen Richtlinie in Sicht f\u00fchrte VectorMM 2016 einen<a href=\"https:\/\/vectormm.nl\/de\/quick-scan\/\"><u> Quick Scan<\/u><\/a> durch, um m\u00f6gliche Problemstellen zu identifizieren und eine optimale Vorgehensweise zu bestimmen. Anschlie\u00dfend konnte eine umfassendere Analyse und Implementierung nach der <a href=\"https:\/\/vectormm.nl\/diensten\/octam-methodische-aanpak\/\"><u>OCTAM\u2011Methodik<\/u><\/a> erfolgen. Thomas Kubin: \u201eAb 2017 haben wir das Projekt umgesetzt. Zun\u00e4chst verbesserten wir die Inspektionsmethoden und die Qualit\u00e4t der Berichterstattung, soda\u03b2 Compliance jederzeit nachgewiesen werden kann.
